Our physical services are strictly limited to Salem, Keizer, and immediate surrounding areas in Oregon. We reserve the right to decline service to locations outside our operational boundaries.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Any quotes or estimates provided through this website or over the phone are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed after a property evaluation or explicit agreement before work begins.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work, customers agree to:
- Keep the lawn/work area clear of pet waste, toys, tools, large rocks, and other debris prior to our scheduled arrival.
- Ensure gates and access points to the property are unlocked on the day of service.
- Keep pets securely indoors during the service window.
Greenside Lawn Maintenance is not responsible for damage to items left in the yard or for unperformed services due to restricted property access.
5. Payments and Billing
Payment terms, including accepted payment methods (such as Venmo or digital wallets), will be specified on your invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in the suspension of recurring services.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes, subject to availability.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
